A Traveling We Go

Our first road trip in six years did not start out so great; it started out a day late due to a very bad intestinal flu. I’m keeping a journal, of course, and snapping pictures like crazy for a post after we return…

Yesterday, we took a gorgeous back road in southeastern Indiana before returning to an interstate for expediency. From the interstate system you can recognize changes in the topography, but the back roads show you the complete beauty and can surprise you around curves.

Visiting with relatives after several years has been a joy, taking up like it was only yesterday. Meeting new family members makes us feel grateful and blessed. We welcome knowing all – diversity is a fact of life.

My husband and I would like to visit England, Europe, and New Zealand and to take a train ride along the Canadian/American border.
