1 lb. cooked turkey sausage, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 teriyaki sauce
Prepared and ready to eat hot rice

1. Prepare rice of your choice. While it is cooking, do the following…
2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, pepper, and carrots; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic; stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add sausage, water chestnuts and teriyaki sauce. Increase heat to high; cook until sausage is heated through.
3. Serve over rice.

Thought of the Week: Today the many out-of-town guests are arriving for tomorrow’s wedding of daughter, Merideth, and her soulmate, Kipp. Both houses will be running over with joy and footsteps. Soooo, gotta go…
