Rubbed Pork Chops

Need something quick and easy for the grill, besides hot dogs or sausage? Can’t get much easier than this…

Recipe of the Week: Pork Chops with Herb Rub

4 lean pork chops

RUB:
1/2 tsp. marjoram, crumbled
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions: Preheat grill (or broiler) on medium high. In small bowl, combine all rub seasonings. Rub on both sides of pork chops. Grill for 6 minutes or until brown. Turn and grill another 6 minutes or until not pink inside. If using a broiler, broil 4″ from heat for 5 minutes, turn, and broil another 5-6 minutes…Soooo simple.

Thought of the Week: The trouble with cooking and cleaning is you have to do them over and over and over again. Once is not enough.
